If you want the truth about DaVinci products, the absolute BEST WAY to discover how well they're holding up is to reach out to DaVinci and ask them for institutional jobs, churches, mansions, etc. Keep in mind some negative reviews can be generated by bitter competitors. Leaks are caused by defective workmanship. For example, the DaVinci Bellaforte product (pictured above) is a more budget-friendly option due to its larger tile coverage profile. While DaVinci is a premium roofing option, they do provide choices for many budgets.
